Where are you located?

We are located at 80 King Street East in downtown Stoney Creek, on the corner of New Mountain Road and King Street East. Parking is located at the back of the building off of New Mountain Road.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the treatments. However, if a charge has been applied to your credit card, Serenity Now The Spa will reserve a gift card for you in the full amount for you to pick up at your earliest convenience.

Do I have to leave a credit card number to secure an appointment?

A credit card number is required at time of booking for any treatment over $100.00. Your credit card will not be charged until time of service.

What is your policy on Lost Gift Cards?

Gift Cards are treated as cash and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. The bearer of the gift card is completely responsible for its loss or theft. Serenity Now The Spa will not replace any gift card.

Can I apply Gift Card to any service?

Gift Cards may be used for any service available in the Serenity Now Menu. We redeem the gift card in a dollar amount (the value of the service). If the service value is less than the gift card value, you will receive a Serenity Now credit. The amount may be used for another service or product. You cannot use this credit to receive cash back or a gratuity for your therapist as the gift card is not of cash value.

Do I have to pay additional money if my Gift Card is for a particular service?

If you have a service written on the insert of your gift card, it is merely a suggestion from the buyer of the gift card. Because we have no expiry dates on our gift cards, they are worth the value indicated on them, and can be applied to any of our brochure services at the time of use.

Who does Serenity Now The Spa cater too?

How do I get reimbursed for my massage therapy sessions?

If you have received a massage by one of our Registered Massage Therapists, upon payment of cash, cheque, debit or credit card, you will receive a receipt that you are able to submit to your extended health care plan for reimbursement. This receipt will include the massage therapists name, registration number and the company information. Receipts will only be issued for paying clients. Gift cards will not be issued a receipt.
